Fastest Necromancer Build Diablo 4 Season 7 Leveling Path Revealed!

Alright folks, buckle up. Spent way too many hours buried in Season 7 trying to get this necro soaring without wanting to chuck my controller at the wall. Tried a bunch of stuff early on. Pure minions? Felt like herding drunk cats.

The Grind Begins (Again)

Rolled my necro fresh outta Kyovashad. Grabbed Bone Splinters first because gotta poke things dead. Seemed like the fastest way. Honestly, just dumped points into anything making corpses pop faster. Because without corpses, you’re just a fancy goth holding a shovel.

Hitting the Wall (And Exploding It)

Got access to the Book of the Dead. Big choices. Ditched the Skirmishers almost immediately. Found Sacrificing them early for the raw crit damage boost was way, WAY better for killing speed. Kept the cold Skeletal Mages tho. Those frost bolts? Nice little slowdown. Golem? Sacrificed that too for the overpower damage increase. Sounds scary being alone? Nah. Corpses were my new minions.

Unlocked Decompose. Slightly slower casting, but man, the essence generation? Juicy. Essential for spamming the real MVP: Blight. Found this combo: Decompose to soften and generate essence, pop a corpse with Corpse Explosion (the Blight one that leaves a pool), then just Blight everything stuck in the goo. Things MELTED.

The Path Gets Slippery (With Shadow Goo)

Seriously committed to this Blight thing. Got Hewed Flesh passive. That was the game-changer. When I got lucky with lucky hits? Corpses just RAINED down. More corpses meant more Blight pools, meant more things dying, meant… you get it. Sprinted through the Blood Grove quest line like a shadow-powered freight train.

Dungeons? Became my new EXP laundromat. Ran Champion’s Demise first. Used Decompose on stragglers leading up to packs, then dove into a group, popped a corpse for Blight, dropped my own Blight pool on top. Used Blood Mist like a panic button AND a corpse generator. Run through mobs, tick damage, they die behind me? Free corpses! Explode those! Chain reaction city.

Closing the Skeleton Army Gates

Around level 35 I stumbled into the right aspects. Needed one for Corpse Tendrils something fierce. Found the Blood Mist auto-explodes corpses one. BOOM. Game was officially broken open. Didn’t even need Reapers for corpses anymore. Sacrificed my last minions for the final crit boost. Pure shadow and goo.

Final Thoughts Before My Eyes Glazed Over

Hit level 50 way earlier than last season. Like, stupid fast. This build lives and dies (hah) on corpse uptime. Found myself diving into densest packs deliberately. Needed that critical mass of bodies going splat to fuel the engine. Single targets? A bit slower initially, but Corpse Tendrils fixed that. Just pull in, Blight pool, and let the DoT cook.

Honestly? Feels dirty. Resource management is chill once Hewed Flesh kicks in. Defense is Blood Mist dodge and pray. But the clearing speed? Holy moly. No fancy legendaries needed for the core function either. Just corpse, goo, profit. Time to push harder.
