Okay guys, so I was messing around in Sims 4 yesterday trying to find those darn Aura Blossom plants. You know, the shiny purple ones that give you Petal Seeds? Yeah, spent hours running my Sim all over Willow Creek like an idiot digging up every stupid plant I saw. Nothing. Just regular daisies and tulips.
Then I remembered something – ain’t no Aura Blossoms growing wild anywhere! Went straight to the computer in-game and had my Sim browse the web for seeds. Scrolled past all the boring vegetable packs and bam! Found “Exotic Plants Pack” for like 60 simoleons. Ordered that sucker immediately.
Getting Petal Seeds Fast
Here’s the kicker though – when the seed pack arrived, it didn’t actually have Petal Seeds inside! Total rip-off right? But wait – planted those seeds anyway near my house. Couple sim-days later when they bloomed, I started harvesting with my Gardener Sim. Here’s what worked:
- Harvest like crazy – kept clicking harvest on every flower that bloomed
- Level up gardening skill – my Sim was level 7 gardening and suddenly started getting special seeds
- Save before harvesting – if no Petal Seeds drop? Reload game and try again
Took maybe 20 harvests before I finally got Petal Seeds popping up in my inventory. Felt like winning the dang lottery!
Using Petal Seeds Immediately
Don’t plant Petal Seeds yet! That’s what I did wrong first time – buried them like an idiot. Instead:
Go to any crafting table or your Sim’s inventory. Find the “Potent Petal” option. Used 5 Petal Seeds to make one of those aura potions. Drank it and boom – my Sim started glowing this wicked purple light for hours. Mood boost was insane! Better than any espresso.
Also tried combining with other herbalism ingredients. Mixed Petal Seeds with Chamomile and got this “Mind Clearing” potion that removes all negative emotions. My angry Sim went from raging to zen instantly – saved me from another broken shower or stove fire!
Honestly? Total game-changer for mood management. Just don’t waste time looking for these plants in the wild. Buy the seeds, level gardening, harvest til your fingers ache, and brew that magic juice!
