Purple smoke exploded everywhere. Bees started acting nuts. Then… this massive, glowing purple bee crawled out! The Queen? It wasn’t hostile though! It buzzed around slowly, dropping these shiny purple pollen things everywhere. Scooped up as much as I could carry.
Turns out?
- You need the rare Honey Bomb item, not basic honey.
- Throw it directly at the base of special twisted tree hives.
- Doesn’t tame it, just makes it passive while it “cleans” the area.
- Collect the Twisted Pollen it drops. THAT’S the XP goldmine!
The Catch and Moving On
Yeah, it leveled my Bee Keeper skill stupid fast. One session got me almost halfway to next rank. But here’s the kicker:
First off, Honey Bombs are expensive! Blew through my last one. Second, after like 5 minutes, the Queen disappeared back into the hive. Poof. Gone. And third, when I tried telling my crew, guess what? One dude messaged me laughing. “That exploit? Got patched yesterday, bro.”
Turns out the secret everyone hyped was basically a weird item drop interaction. Worked for a bit, probably too well, got fixed. Now? Back to regular bee grinding. At least I finally saw that purple beast before it got locked away.
Lesson learned: Sometimes chasing these “hacks” just leads to headaches and empty pockets. The real secret is usually patience… or knowing someone who knows before the patch hits!
