Grab a buddy, set your world difficulty to Heroic, and camp those trash mob packs in Arikoth’s Lost Legion in the Whispering Steppes. Be ready to kill a LOT of ’em. It’s pure RNG hell, but it does drop. Slow. Painfully slow.
