Booted up my laptop, opened three tabs: IMDb, a big movie news site, and my notes app. Typed out rumored actors from memory:
- Link whispers: Timothée Chalamet or that kid from Stranger Things? Zero proof either way.
- Zelda guesswork: Anya Taylor-Joy keeps popping up – fans love her in period stuff.
- Ganondorf chaos: Jason Momoa? Too obvious. Someone mentioned that intense guy from Peaky Blinders… chills.
Spent 20 minutes cross-checking. Hit dead ends. Realized Hollywood just loves throwing names around.
Easter Egg Deep Dive
Switched gears hard. Opened Reddit, searched “Zelda Movie easter eggs fans.” Sorted by Top posts. Copied the most wanted ones into my doc:
- Music tease: Gotta hear that ocarina jingle hidden in the score somewhere. Even one note!
- Visual winks: Cucco army reference? Pot smashing sound effect? Korok hiding in background? YES please.
- Costume secrets: Zelda’s dress better have Sheikah eye patterns woven in, super subtle.
Highlighted “Korok Leaf on a set prop” – fans would absolutely lose it over that.
Hitting a Wall & Reality Check
Got too hyped. Decided to dig for real leaks. Found sketchy forums, vague “insider” tweets promising big news soon. Almost clicked a dodgy “EXCLUSIVE CAST LIST!” link – brain finally kicked in. Closed that tab fast.
Leaned back in my chair. Remembered Nintendo’s tighter than a Gerudo vault. No way legit news drops on some random Tuesday morning. Felt silly chasing ghosts. Best Easter eggs are always surprises anyway, right? Bookmarked a few level-headed fan sites for updates later. Done for now. Still no Link actor though… driving me nuts.
